Apples
3 C sugar
|
2 T cinnamon (heaping)
1 t allspice
|

-
Peal, core and chop as many
apples as to overfill your crockpot.
-
Fill crockpot 1/2 full.
-
Add sugar, cinnamon and allspice
-
Fill crockpot to overfull with
rest of chopped apples.
-
Cover and cook until a spoonful
on a saucer doesn't leave a ring of liquid.
-
Stir Occasionally with a wire
whisk.
-
Can in sterilized jars and
seal.
-
Makes 5 pints.
